In the original version of this paper, the initial lines on page 581 (concerning side results about composition-consistency and the bipartisan set (BP)) contained minor errors. Even though these errors did not affect the general messages given, the paragraph was replaced by a revised version shortly after publication. The errors originated from a programming bug within the isolated piece of code responsible for identifying components of tournaments. This piece of code has not been used for any other result in this paper. In more detail, the errors amount to the following: Contrary to what was stated in the original version of this paper, it is the case that, a) the claim that BP is an inclusion-minimal, Kelly-strategyproof, and composition-consistent majoritarian SCF only holds for at most 5 alternatives (rather than 6), i.e., already for 6 alternatives, we can find a refinement of BP that is Kelly-strategyproof and composition-consistent, and b) while it is correct that BP is an inclusion-minimal majoritarian SCF satisfying set-monotonicity and composition-consistent, there is another such SCF already for 6 alternatives (rather than for 8 or more alternatives only, as originally stated).
